  11. H.P. 594, 129th Maine Legislature, Reg. Sess. 2019. Maine has passed a law that abortion services will be covered for all MaineCare members. This requires all abortion services that are not federally approved Medicaid services be funded by state funds. This part of the law is effective March 2020.
