PBS NewsHour on Wednesday aired two video reports examining proposed changes to the U.S. food aid program included in President Obama’s FY 2014 budget request released this month. In a video analysis, correspondent Margaret Warner “reports on [the] new budget proposal that would redirect nearly half the money to buy bulk food more locally to the countries that need it” (4/24).
