Sauber-Schatz, lead of the Transportation Safety Team in the CDC’s Division of Unintentional Injury Prevention, recognizes the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims and highlights the CDC’s support of the U.N. and WHO’s efforts “to build better systems to collect and analyze data on road traffic injuries, and use data to plan and evaluate programs. CDC’s global road safety projects focus on surveillance, monitoring and evaluation, mentorship, and training” (11/20).
