    Title X provides federal funding to support clinics across the country to provide comprehensive family planning services to low-income and uninsured individuals. On April 2, 2025, almost one in five of the current Title X grantees received notification that their year 4 funding of a 5-year project period would be temporarily withheld.

  • How Part of Drug Price EO Could Limit Medicare Drug Prices Negotiations

    President Trump’s executive order directs the Secretary of HHS to work with Congress to implement a change in law to delay negotiation of so-called “small molecule” drugs under the IRA’s Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program for an additional 4 years. We analyze how many of the drugs previously selected for negotiation would not have been eligible if this policy had been in place at the time.
