The AIDS.gov blog provides video footage of a conversation between Howard Koh, assistant secretary for health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Nils Daulaire, director of the Office of Global Affairs at HHS, which took place at the XIX International AIDS Conference.
