“The U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief is entering a new decade. And as the fight against AIDS is expanding to a broader and more comprehensive battle for increased access to health care, prevention and more inclusive treatment, we’ll be seeing more programs that ‘don’t look like PEPFAR,’ according to the fund’s current manager.
