The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria has published Issue 15 of its newsletter, the “Global Fund News Flash.” The issue features a story describing the Global Fund’s new funding model, profiles tuberculosis expert Eliud Wandwalo, and reports that for the first time since 1999, “Ukraine saw a decrease in new cases of HIV” in 2012 (3/15).
