In anticipation of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s speech on the HIV/AIDS pandemic at the NIH on Tuesday, GlobalPost’s “Global Pulse” blog provides video footage of interviews conducted by the Global Health Technologies Coalition (GHTC) in which Rep.
