Writing in the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s “Impatient Optimists” blog, Gary Darmstadt, head of the family health division at the foundation, and Monica Kerrigan, a family planning expert, introduce the blog’s new series, “What’s Your Method?,” which “offers a window into many of the contraceptive options for women and girls around the world.” They write, “Each day we’ll publish one or more posts on these methods from some of our valued partners working every day to ensure that these methods truly become options for the millions of women and girls who want and need them” (2/16).
