While we were able to find a few bright spots, both chambers’ slashing of funding to the international financial institutions (IFIs) present a rather dire picture for U.S. development policy in the coming fiscal year…” They also examine funding in the bills for USAID, global health, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (7/14).
