According to KFF’s 2026 Employer Health Benefits Survey:
“The overall percentage of firms with 200 or more workers that cover GLP-1 agonists for weight loss (18%) is similar to the percentage last year…”
Coverage remains largely unchanged from 19% in 2025 and 18% in 2024.
