Matt Perry, senior vice president for human resources, leads all related initiatives at KFF, including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relations and engagement, and workforce training. Perry also oversees the organization’s inclusion, diversity, equity, and access efforts.
Prior to joining KFF in 2023, Perry was vice president of people with Outlier.org, an education technology company. He also served as chief people officer for the Kapor Center, a social impact organization focused on strengthening demographic diversity in the tech sector. Earlier in his career, Perry was the inaugural director for human resources at the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP) at Columbia University.
Perry holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Dickinson College and a master’s degree in cultural studies from Columbia University.
