This “End the Neglect” blog post reports that the U.K. Coalition against Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) was officially launched on Tuesday at the All Parliamentary Group on Malaria and NTDs meeting in London. “The Coalition is a partnership between U.K. organizations actively engaged in the implementation, capacity building and research of neglected tropical disease control at scale,” the blog writes, adding, “Members include Sightsavers, Carter Centre U.K., Centre for NTDs at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, Partnership for Childhood Development and the Schistosomiasis Control Initiative” (9/13).
