In this report, Todd Summers, a senior adviser with the CSIS Global Health Policy Center, and Cathryn Streifel, a program manager and research associate for the CSIS Global Health Policy Center, provide recommendations on “how the Global Fund can responsibly manage country transitions to ensure key populations are not left without access to services as the Global Fund reduces its financial support.
