Hal Rogers (R-Ky.) and Nita Lowey (D-N.Y.) of the U.S. House Subcommittee on State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs, MFAN Co-Chairs George Ingram, Tessie San Martin, and Connie Veillette discuss the FY19 State and Foreign Operations Appropriations bill. The co-chairs write, “We look forward to working with you to advance U.S. values and economic and national security interests by supporting a more just, prosperous, and secure world through effective foreign assistance” (7/20).
