“Be Safe/Fight For Your Rights: Protect Yourself,” a partnership of the Kaiser Family Foundation and MTV to inform young people about sexual health issues such as HIV/AIDS, was awarded the 2003 National Public Service Emmy by the National Television Academy on Thursday, October 21, 2004.

Foundation campaign partnerships with Viacom, BET, and MTV, which also focus on HIV/AIDS, were nominated for the 2003 National Public Service Emmy.
