Rolonda Donelson is a policy analyst for the Women’s Health Policy team at KFF. Her work focuses on research projects related to the intersection of legislation, litigation, and access to care, with an emphasis on sexual and reproductive health care. Jessica Mathers is a senior policy analyst with KFF’s Program on Medicaid and the Uninsured. Prior to joining KFF, she worked on federal Medicaid policy and financing at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Mathers holds a bachelor’s in biochemistry and microbiology from the University of Maine, and a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University.

Abby Sachar is a research associate for the Program on Medicaid and the Uninsured and the Program on Medicare Policy. She conducts research on issues affecting individuals who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. Previously, she was a data and policy analyst at Acumen, LLC, where she processed and analyzed health care claims and administrative data to support Medicare policy research. She holds a bachelor’s degree in statistical science and government from Cornell University.

Linda Li is a senior data analyst for the Women's Health Policy team at KFF, where she analyzes women's health care experiences, utilization, spending, and affordability. Prior to joining KFF, Dr. Li worked as a data analyst in health policy and economics research. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Ph.D. in social policy and policy analysis from Columbia University School of Social Work.

Sammy Cervantes is a senior policy analyst with KFF’s Program on Medicaid and the Uninsured and State Health Policy and Data. Prior to KFF, Cervantes worked as a data and policy analyst at Every Texan, where he advocated for state tax credits to support low-income families, and worked to advance equitable access to education, promote economic and workforce mobility, and support immigration reform. Lynne Cotter is a senior health policy research manager for the Program on the ACA and works on the Peterson-KFF Health System Tracker, monitoring healthcare costs over time. Abby Wolk is a research associate for both the Program on Medicaid and the Uninsured and the Program on Medicare Policy at KFF. Previously she worked as a research associate at NORC at the University of Chicago. At NORC, she assisted with processing and analyzing Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey data and Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project state hospital data.
