Aidspan Publishes New Issue Of ‘Global Fund Observer’

Aidspan, an independent watchdog of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, has published Issue 214 of its “Global Fund Observer.” The issue includes an Aidspan analysis “of the Global Fund’s grant data,” an article on the Global Fund’s approval of 10 re-submitted proposals under the Transitional Funding Mechanism (TFM), and an analysis of the measures taken by the Global Fund “to speed up the recovery of amounts identified as ‘losses’ by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG),” among other articles (7/10).
