The Vaccine Monitor report examines how families and workers fared financially during the omicron surge. Large shares of workers missed work due to being sick from coronavirus, having to quarantine, or their workplace being closed due to the pandemic. Many, particularly those with lower incomes, report impacts on their family’s finances and stress level.

In the wake of the FDA's emergency use authorization for COVID-19 vaccines for children ages 6 months through 4 years old, many parents remain hesitant to vaccinate their children in this age group, with a slight majority saying they view the vaccine as a bigger risk to their child's health than getting infected with coronavirus.
Adults who report having ever been told by a doctor they have a weakened or compromised immune system are more likely than others to say they are worried about serious COVID-19 illness, with many reporting continued mask wearing and other precautions as mask mandates and other pandemic-relate restrictions are lifted.
This Vaccine Monitor report finds little change since June in the share of adults who either received a COVID-19 vaccine or say they will as soon as they can. A quarter of unvaccinated adults say they likely will get a shot by the end of the year. Unvaccinated adults are much less worried than vaccinated ones about the Delta variant.

This partnership survey with theGrio examines the mood and views of Black voters ahead of the 2022 midterm election, including their motivation to vote, experiences with voter suppression, and key issues including inflation and abortion. With a large sample of Black voters, it includes breakdowns by age, gender, education, and party identification.
This report shows that 42% of all adults have received a COVID-19 booster, including about 70% of those who are likely booster-eligible. More than three quarters (77%) have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. The poll also explores the public's experiences getting at-home and in-person COVID-19 tests and other issues.
