
Rolonda Donelson
Policy Analyst, Women's Health Policy
Rolonda Donelson is a policy analyst for the Women’s Health Policy team at KFF. Her work focuses on research projects related to the intersection of legislation, litigation, and access to care, with an emphasis on sexual and reproductive health care.
Prior to joining KFF, Donelson was the Huber Reproductive Health Equity Legal Fellow at the National Partnership for Women & Families. She also worked at the National Health Law Program (NHeLP) and the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law as a Meave McKean fellow. Donelson holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and international and global studies from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.
