Rayna Wallace is a policy analyst with the Program on Patient and Consumer Protections. In this role, she conducts research and policy analysis on barriers consumers face while navigating the health care system and how federal regulations could affect consumers’ experiences with their health insurance. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Morgan State University and an MPH with a concentration in Health Equity from the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to joining KFF, Rayna served as Research Associate with NORC at the University of Chicago where she worked on a number of qualitative and quantitative projects related to health care research.
