Anna Bahn

Anna Gutierrez Bahn is a Digital Strategist at KFF, where she develops and executes social media and digital campaigns to connect audiences with timely health policy research. Anna manages KFF’s social media channels and homepage, develops strategies to reach target audiences, contributes to editorial planning and creative projects, analyzes performance metrics to strengthen digital outreach, and works across teams to make complex information more accessible and engaging.

Before joining KFF, Anna was the Communications Manager at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, where she supported organizational communications initiatives and managed digital and email outreach. She began her career with the Society of Professional Journalists.

A Texas native, Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she served as editor-in-chief of The Shorthorn. She lives in Washington, D.C., with her spouse, Cody, and their dogs, Lilly and Watson.
