Steps for Allowlisting Emails from KFF and/or KFF Health News
If you’re a new subscriber or you’ve been successfully receiving emails from KFF and KFF Health News sending domains for a while but suddenly are experiencing delivery issues, please follow these instructions. If you need further assistance, contact us (choose “EMAIL problem or question” on the form) and we’re happy to help.
1. Allowlist Email Addresses
First, try allowlisting (or whitelisting) our sender email addresses:
kff@emails.kff.org
emails@kffhealthnews.org
Subscribers from organizations with IT support can send this information to their IT department and ask them to set up a filter similar to: if the message is received from ‘kff@emails.kff.org’ or ’emails@kffhealthnews.org’.
Sometimes emails will end up in “spam” or “promotions” folders. While it’s up to the email provider to determine folder placement, allowlisting can help you control the process and ensure you see KFF’s email. The process for allowlisting differs by email provider. Find step-by-step instructions for allowlisting (or whitelisting) in the major email platforms like Apple Mail, Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and more.
2. Allowlist Sending IPs
If our emails are still not being received, please try allowlisting our sending IPs. We use HubSpot as our email distribution service, but these IPs are used only for sending emails from KFF:
3.210.190.190
3.210.190.191
3.210.190.192
Other Helpful Information
HubSpot relays mail through Amazon Web Services (AWS). It’s possible that workplaces may have a block in place for AWS, though that’s unlikely.
Domains we use:
click.hubspotanalytics.com
292449m.kff.org
connect.kff.org
