The House Appropriations Committee approved the FY 2020 State & Foreign Operations (SFOPs) appropriations bill (and accompanying report) on May 16, 2019. On June 19, 2019, the House passed a package of FY 2020 appropriations bills (minibus), which included global health funding for the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
