The 2020 KFF Women’s Health Survey is the latest in a periodic series of surveys on women’s health conducted by the Kaiser Family Foundation approximately every four years since 2001. The survey was conducted in late 2020 and included a nationally-representative sample of 3,661 women ages 18 to 64. In addition, a survey of 1,144 men ages 18 to 64 was conducted and key findings are included for comparison. The findings presented in these briefs examine women’s policy priorities, access and affordability of care, their connections to the health care delivery system and use of preventive care, use of sexual and reproductive health services, responsibilities caring for family needs, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on women’s health care access and caregiving.  

The web briefing, The Sexual and Reproductive Health Landscape in the US: Current Trends and Impact of the Pandemic, examined findings about women’s health during the pandemic and took a deep dive into access to sexual and reproductive health care.
