Rosa Ma

Rosa Ma was a Research Assistant for the Program for the Study of Health Reform and Private Insurance, where she conducted policy research on the Affordable Care Act and its effects on private insurers and enrollees, and for the Foundation’s Health Policy & Technology program, where she provided support for the Foundation’s various health journalism and digital media projects.

Outside of her work at the Foundation, Rosa volunteers as a Hepatitis Counselor at the Berkeley Free Clinic, where she sits on the steering committee. Rosa received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley in 2012.
