Philethea Duckett

Philethea Duckett is a former Policy Analyst for the Disparities Policy Project at the Kaiser Family Foundation, where she focused on health insurance coverage and access to care for vulnerable populations. Philethea worked in close partnership with other program areas of the Foundation to investigate the impact of policy decisions on healthcare disparities across a broad range of dimensions, including: race, ethnicity, gender, geography, citizenship status, language, and socioeconomic status. Philethea holds a Masters in Public Administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
