Olivia Pham is a Policy Analyst with the Kaiser Family Foundation’s Program on Medicaid and the Uninsured and the Disparities Policy Project. In this role, she conducts research and analysis on projects related to health insurance coverage and access to care for underserved populations. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked as a David A. Winston Health Policy Fellow for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and as a Research Associate at Georgetown University Center for Children and Families. Olivia received her B.S. in Biology at the University of Oklahoma and holds a Master of Science in Public Health from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
