Giorlando (Gio) Ramirez is a Research Assistant with KFF’s Program on the ACA. He works on the Peterson-Kaiser Health System Tracker and related projects, where he contributes new and updated analyses primarily focused on the costs, quality, and outcomes of the U.S. healthcare system. Prior to joining KFF, he conducted research on the effects of Certificate of Need laws on the location of health care facilities. Gio graduated from Reed College with a B.A. in Economics.
