Cornelia Hall is a Policy Analyst and Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President at the Kaiser Family Foundation. In addition to providing policy support to the Executive Vice President for a variety of the Foundation’s programs, she conducts research and analysis with the Kaiser Program on Medicaid and the Uninsured. This work focuses particularly on the Medicaid delivery system and payment policies. Prior to joining the Foundation, Cornelia worked as a Research Consultant at the Lewin Group and as a Paralegal Specialist in the Office of Vaccine Litigation at the U.S. Department of Justice. She earned her A.B. in Politics at Princeton University and holds a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
