Chelsea Rice is KFF’s Digital Strategist for Communications, helping the Communications team and program areas with social media, web production, community engagement, and other digital media strategies for disseminating their work. This includes managing the KFF social media channels on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Prior to joining KFF in 2018, she graduated from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health with her master’s in public health. She previously worked for seven years as a health writer and journalist, most recently as a senior writer at athenaInsight. As a journalist, she covered consumer health, health care, and health policy at The Boston Globe’s Boston.com and at HealthLeaders Media, a trade journal for hospital and health system executives. Chelsea also graduated with a bachelor’s of science in journalism from Boston University.
