U.S. Department of State’s “DipNote”: Outlining American Interests at the United Nations General Assembly
Kevin E. Moley, assistant secretary of state for the Bureau of International Organization Affairs at the State Department, discusses U.S. participation in this week’s 73rd session of the U.N. General Assembly and writes, “For the United States, the U.N. must show real and tangible value to American interests.
