Where Europe and Central Asia are in terms of HIV prevention, treatment and political commitment? What specific unmet needs are for men who have sex with men, migrants, people who inject drugs, PLHIV, young people? How to mobilize political commitment and funding in high-income, middle-income and low-income countries, in concentrated and low prevalence countries? These questions, current status and agenda for moving beyond 2010 will be addressed in presentations and by discussants.

Presentations in Russian and English. Delegates are encouraged to collect headset on Hall C or Hall D.
