Cost-Sharing Reductions

I heard the cost-sharing reduction payments ended. Does that mean I won’t be able to get this help?

No.  Cost-sharing subsidies did not end.  They continue to be available in the Marketplace.  By law, insurers offering coverage on the Marketplace are still required to offer cost-sharing reductions to consumers with income between 100% and 250% of the federal poverty level (for 2023, this is a household income between $13,590 and $33,975 for a single individual).

While we have made every effort to provide accurate information in these FAQs, people should contact the health insurance Marketplace or Medicaid agency in their state for guidance on their specific circumstances.
