Personal Concern About Health Insurance

Concern over insurance coverage also exists on a personal level. In October 2005, about one-quarter of the public (27%) with health insurance said they were very worried about losing their coverage, and another 22% said they were somewhat worried. However, to put these worries in context, it’s important to note that a much higher proportion is worried about having to pay more for health care and insurance than is worried about losing their coverage.
