Seniors’ Experiences with Choosing a Drug Plan

Roughly equal shares of enrolled seniors said they chose their Medicare drug plan on their own (54%) and that someone helped them choose their plan (45%). Enrolled seniors were split on whether the experience was easy or difficult – 51% said it was “very” or “somewhat” easy to choose a plan, while 48% said it was “very” or “somewhat” difficult to choose.
