Seniors’ Views on Implementation of Benefit

When asked to assign a letter grade to the overall implementation of the Medicare drug benefit, two-thirds of seniors (66%) give it a “C” or lower, and just under one-quarter (23%) give it an “A” or “B”. Seniors who have enrolled in a drug plan are more positive about how the drug benefit has been implemented – nearly four in ten (38%) give it an “A” or “B” grade.
