Will Spending on HIV/AIDS Prevention in Developing Countries Lead to Progress?

Most Americans are optimistic that spending more money on HIV/AIDS prevention in developing countries will lead to progress. Six in ten (60%) say that such spending will lead to meaningful progress in slowing the epidemic, while about half as many (31%) say that it won’t make much difference.
