Support for Government Health Reforms Related to People With Disabilities

Large majorities say they would support various health reforms related to funding for people with disabilities, including about two-thirds who say they would strongly support such measures. These measures include government funding for long-term care insurance (68% strongly support, 24% somewhat support), government funding for volunteer organizations that help those who need ongoing care (68% strongly support, 24% somewhat support), and tax breaks for people who provide unpaid care to disabled family members (63% strongly support, 29% somewhat support).
