n developing and advancing any health reform legislation in the new Congres=
s.  In November, he released a blueprint for national health reform, includ=
ing specific policy options aimed at achieving universal coverage, reducing=
 health care costs and improving quality of care.=0D=0A=0D=0AAt the briefin=
g, Sen. Baucus will discuss his plans for working with the Obama Administra=
tion and his congressional colleagues on a national health reform plan, as =
