itol Hill.  She is a former administrator of the Medicare and Medicaid prog=
rams who was instrumental in formulating and implementing the Children's He=
alth Insurance Program and was an Associate Director of the Office of Manag=
ement and Budget.  Before coming to Washington, she was the Commissioner of=
 the Tennessee Department of Human Services.=0D=0A=0D=0AAt the briefing, De=
Parle will discuss the Obama administration=92s views on health reform and =
the president=92s plans for working with Congress to achieve meaningful hea=
lth reform legislation, as well as potential challenges to those efforts.=
