=0D=0AAIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs), authorized under the Ryan Whit=
e Program, are the nation=92s prescription drug safety-net for people livin=
g with HIV, serving some of the most vulnerable people in the United States=
.  Based on a survey of ADAPs in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, t=
erritories, and associated jurisdictions, the report presents the most curr=
ent and comprehensive look at these programs, including key trends over tim=
e, challenges facing ADAPs, and the reemergence of waiting lists for enroll=
ment in some states.=0D=0A=0D=0AThe live webcast will feature an overview o=
f the report=92s key findings from co-authors Jen Kates, a Kaiser vice pres=
ident and director of HIV policy, and Murray Penner, NASTAD=92s deputy exec=
utive director of domestic programs.  Following the presentation, Ms. Kates=
 will moderate a panel discussion about the changing environment for ADAPs,=
 including a look at the impact that the nation=92s recession is having on =
the programs and their clients.  The panel will include Douglas Morgan, dir=
ector, Division of Service Systems, HIV/AIDS Bureau, Health Resources and S=
ervices Administration; Heather Hauck, director, AIDS Administration, Maryl=
