A Different Way of Thinking About Health

The Alliance for Health Reform, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the Bipartisan Policy Center sponsor an August 13 briefing to discuss the complexities of integrating patient-generated information into the electronic health record, including regulation, “meaningful use” requirements, HIPAA concerns, and more.

Speakers will explore such questions as: What other special issues need to be addressed to enable the transmission of patient-generated information to occur effectively? What are the principal barriers to more rapid adoption of these types of interactions?

For more information, please visit the Alliance’s event page.
