The blog notes, “[T]he analysis … used existing data and mathematical modeling to look at the outcomes of three possible response scenarios involving the country’s 2014-2018 National AIDS Program goals, against the then current level of response. … [W]hile using realities specific to Ukraine’s epidemic, the analysis reaches conclusions applicable to other countries…” (Barton, 5/6).
