Brookings Institution Hosts Public Release Of 2013 Aid Transparency Index
The Brookings Institution on Thursday hosted the public release of the 2013 Aid Transparency Index — “the only global measure of donors’ aid transparency,” George Ingram, a senior fellow in the Global Economy and Development program, reports in the Brookings “Up Front” blog.
