Kaiser Public Opinion Spotlights summarize the state of public opinion on key health care topics. Each uses data from Kaiser surveys as well as other sources to identify important themes, examine current views and note relevant trends over time.

A fully searchable archive of more than 65 years worth of survey questions on health issues. The database includes more than 60,000 questions drawn from all public polls conducted on these topics, including but not limited to Kaiser health surveys.

Survey Brief: Political Independents and Health Care -- August 2007
This survey brief takes an in-depth look at independents’ views on health care, including the saliency of the issue, which party best represents their own views on health, whether candidates should focus more on lowering costs or expanding coverage, and willingness to pay to cover the uninsured. The brief relies on data from a joint Washington Post, Kaiser Family Foundation and Harvard University survey.

This Washington Post/Kaiser Family Foundation/Harvard University survey examines the views of Army spouses and their experiences with military life, including experiences with deployment and attitudes toward re-enlistment, as well as attitudes towards government and the media.  The survey was conducted among spouses of active duty U.S. Army personnel serving on the ten largest U.S. Army bases.
