 Not Applicable. HSA qualified HDHPs are required to have an annual maximum out-of-pocket liability of no more than $5,250 for single coverage and $10,500 for family coverage. HDHP/HRAs have no such requirement and the percentage of covered workers in HDHP/HRAs with “No Limit” for annual out-of-pocket maximum for single and family coverage is 3% and 3%, respectively.
