More than half (53%) of seniors have heard of Medicare’s toll-free phone number, 1-800-MEDICARE, while 45% are not familiar with the information hotline. Just over a third (36%) of seniors have heard the Medicare’s website, Medicare.gov, while more than six in ten (63%) have not.
