A new Kaiser Family Foundation survey found that nearly one in 10 parents of children ages 2 - 17 now has a television with a V-Chip in it, but nearly four in 10 parents have never heard of the device. Coming just two months after the V-Chip became fully available, the survey is a very early look at how the new technology is being received by parents.
