Irish rock star Bono, founder of the debt, AIDS and trade advocacy group DATA discusses the record U.S. and global commitment to combating HIV/AIDS, the doubling of U.S. assistance to Africa in the new U.S. budget, and the $2 billion increase in overall assistance to poor countries in 2004, at this December 3, 2003 Kaiser Conversations on Health.
